It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Sci-Fi Hero Portrait Right for Him?

This portrait is a stellar gift for sci-fi fans who live for space adventures, especially guys enthralled by Star Wars, Star Trek, or Guardians of the Galaxy. Maybe he’s always wanted to see himself among the stars. However, if he's more grounded and not into fictional worlds, this might not resonate.

What's the Craftsmanship Behind Your Space Portrait?

We start with your uploaded photo, then our AI crafts the base by embedding it into a futuristic scene. Our artists finesse every detail to ensure a seamless look and feel. Approximately 1 in 12 portraits require a redo, as we won't ship anything less than stellar. Finally, it’s printed on a premium museum canvas.

Why Choose This Over Generic Sci-Fi Art?
