I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Blast into a Tailored Sci-Fi Universe

Picture your family as fearless space explorers, soaring through the cosmos amidst radiant nebulae and glimmering star clusters. Our Sci-Fi Family Portraits capture your loved ones in futuristic attire, blending seamlessly into a backdrop of interstellar marvels.

Perfect for families who thrive on sci-fi sagas, epic gaming sessions, or imaginative storytelling, our canvas art transforms your shared adventures into a visual feast, ready to adorn your walls.

TL;DR: Turn your family into legendary space adventurers with our custom Sci-Fi Family Portrait Canvas — ideal for sci-fi enthusiasts and imaginative storytellers.

Which Families Embrace the Galactic Theme?

If your family lives for sci-fi series, thrives in marathon gaming nights, and loves sharing epic tales around the dinner table, these portraits will resonate deeply. However, if you've got a minimalist decor preference or aren't keen on sci-fi legendry, this might not be your ideal pick.

How Are Your Space Bound Heroes Brought to Life?

We kick off by transforming your uploaded family photo through an AI-enhanced face-swap process, followed by an artist refining every galactic detail. We persistently strive for perfection and discard about 1 in 12 initial generations to ensure your portrait is out-of-this-world accurate, before crafting it onto a sturdy museum canvas.

What Sets Our Sci-Fi Canvas Apart from Regular Prints?

Unlike off-the-shelf space art, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind canvas that becomes rarer as we retire themes bi-yearly. It's not just art; it's a family heritage sealed within a universe only you inhabit.
