I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: For the bold woman ready to embrace her inner royalty, our Royal Woman Portrait places her on a grand throne with a crown — ideal for milestone birthdays or simply celebrating her majestic self.

Which women truly embody the royal throne?

Perfect for women who appreciate the finer things and command a room, our Royal Woman Portrait suits mothers, wives, or friends stepping into a milestone birthday. If simplicity’s more your thing, this might feel a bit too grand!

How is your royal portrait crafted?

Upload your photo, and our AI software performs a meticulous face-swap before a seasoned artist refines every detail. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures that about 1 in 12 generations meet our quality criteria, illustrating our commitment to excellence before we craft the final museum canvas.

Why this throne canvas stands apart?

Unlike generic photo prints, this canvas is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Once a theme retires after six months, no replicas are made, ensuring exclusivity. This isn’t just any portrait — it’s your personal artifact, an heirloom-quality trophy of your nobility.
