How it's made

You upload a photo — ideally a clear, well-lit, front-facing shot — and our system runs it through a face-swap pipeline that drops her likeness into the royal scene. That part's AI-assisted. What people don't realize is that step isn't the end: every generation then goes to one of our human artists for refinement, which means fixing the jawline blending, adjusting skin tone to match the original photo, and making sure the eyes actually look like her and not a generic approximation. Honestly, we discard about 1 in 12 generations at that stage because the face just doesn't lock properly — wrong angle, lighting mismatch, whatever. When that happens, our team runs it again rather than pushing a mediocre result through. The final image is printed on a 380gsm museum-quality canvas with UV-resistant inks, stretched over a solid pine frame. The whole thing from upload to shipped canvas takes 5–7 business days in the US.

What makes this different

US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and UK orders take 7–14 business days. Canvas prints should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity — a bathroom wall is a bad idea, the UV-resistant inks notwithstanding. If anything arrives damaged or the likeness is genuinely off, our 60-day satisfaction policy covers a reprint or full refund, no interrogation required. Email us a photo of the issue and we sort it, usually within 48 hours.
