I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Dog into a Regal Bequest

Doesn't your canine deserve to rule the house? Our 'Custom Royal Pet Portrait' turns your lovable dog into the monarch they've always acted like. Picture them robed in lavish velvets, adorned with a crown nestled among imagined castle tapestries.

Perfect for those who've always seen a hint of regal flair in their pets' eyes, it adds a conversation-sparking touch to any room. Indulge in the opulence of an era where paw-sitive poise reigns supreme.

TL;DR: Transform your dog into canine royalty with a Custom Royal Pet Portrait, ideal for pet owners seeking to showcase their dog's noble side in a unique and prestigious way.

Does Your Pup Have That Royal Flair?

Perfect for dedicated dog parents who swear their pups have been royal in a past life. This isn't for those hoping for minimalism; it's for the extravagant, who want their furry companion to be everyone's favorite conversational centerpiece at wine night.

Crafting the Dog's Crown: How It’s Done

Our process begins with your dog's photo. We use AI to create a detailed face-swap, followed by our artists adding finesse until your dog's regal look is just right. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 10 canvases — ensuring only the most majestic faces make the cut.

Why Our Portraits Reign Supreme Over Generic Versions

Unlike generic dog portraits, this canvas is tailored just for your pet, capturing their unique personality inside a regal setting. It’s a one-of-a-kind piece, unlike stock templates that lack imagination and charm. Once a theme is retired, it's never reused, keeping your piece exclusive.
