It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Craft Her Royal Candy Dream

Bursting with enchantment, our Custom Royal Girl Portrait places your princess into a magical setting she’ll adore: a candy castle landscape dripping with pastel colors and dreamy sweetness. Imagine her delight as she sees herself among enchanted lollipops and a golden crown.

Perfect for young dreamers who live in fairy tales, this canvas captures the wonder and whimsy of childhood. It's not merely a picture but a fantasy land where she can be the heroine of her own story.

TL;DR: The perfect gift for any little girl dreaming of magic: transform her photo into her as a royal figure within a whimsical candy castle on museum-grade canvas. Ideal for birthdays or upgrading playroom decor.

Is This the Right Gift for Your Little Princess?

Designed for girls aged 4-10 who revel in fantasy and fairy tales, this whimsical portrait turns their dreams into vibrant reality. Any child with a penchant for princess stories will treasure this as a birthday or room-decor update. Not suitable for those who prefer simple or monochrome decor styles.

From Imagination to Canvas: How We Craft Her Dream

Beginning with a high-quality photo you provide, our process blends the latest AI technology for the initial face-swap with meticulous hand-refinement by our artists. About 1 in 12 generations doesn't align perfectly with our artistic standards, which we discard to ensure top quality. Finally, we print on museum-grade canvas ready to hang.

Why Choose This Over a Generic Kid's Canvas?

Unlike generic kid-friendly canvases, this portrait uniquely incorporates chosen personal elements, coupled with an enchanting fairy-tale design. Plus, we retire each theme after 6 months, safeguarding the uniqueness of your daughter's fantasy kingdom. It's her own, not a mass-produced copy.
