I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Into Noble Royalty with Grace

Imagine your family's legacy captured like kings and queens! Our Royal Portrait places your loved ones in opulent thrones, surrounded by the richness of royal grandeur. Every detail, from the gleaming crown to the plush velvet robe, uplifts their essence into something timeless.

This isn't just a portrait; it's a celebration of your family's unique regal spirit. Whether it's for a 30th wedding anniversary or a golden family reunion, this canvas stands proud as a symbol of your noble bond.

TL;DR: Turn your cherished family moments into a grand royal spectacle with our museum-quality canvas, perfect for family milestones or creating a distinguished home centerpiece.

Who Gets the Regal Treatment in a Family Portrait?

This canvas is ideal for parents celebrating anniversaries, big family reunions, or anyone looking to highlight their lineage with a touch of royalty. Not quite suited for those seeking minimalist decor or a simple style.

How Do We Craft Your Royal Family Canvas?

First, you upload your family's favorite photo. Our team begins with an AI face-swap to transform you into royal figures, complete with thrones. Then, our artists refine the image, adding rich textures and vivid colors. Finally, it's printed on museum-grade canvas. We do discard about 1 in 10 creations for not meeting our strict quality control.

Why Choose Our Royal Portrait Over Others?

This isn't your typical family photo canvas. Unlike one-size-fits-all prints, our portrait art is custom designed to ensure every crown, every cape feels made for you, making it an heirloom, not just decoration.
