How it's made

The AI generates 12 to 15 candidate compositions in the royal pose and costume; our production team, led by our head of production Maya Chen, reviews every single one and kills any that don't nail the likeness. About 1 in 12 gets discarded entirely and regenerated rather than passed along for artist refinement. The ones that survive that cut go to a human artist who adjusts fur texture, eye catch-lights, and color consistency against your original photo. Canvas prints ship rolled or stretched depending on size — anything 20×24 and up ships pre-stretched on a pine frame, ready to hang. US orders arrive in 5-7 business days; EU customers should expect 7-14. If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, we reprint and reship at no cost — no forms, no back-and-forth. We also cover any portrait you're unhappy with for 60 days from delivery: if the likeness is off and our artist revision doesn't fix it, we refund. To keep the canvas looking sharp, keep it out of direct sunlight and wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Don't use any liquid cleaner on the surface.
