It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Pet’s Noble Essence

Imagine your beloved dog donning elegant royal robes, standing proud amidst a backdrop of grandiose drapery and gilded frames. Our Custom Royal Dog Portrait transports your furry friend into an era of opulence, capturing their innate majesty in a way that generic prints simply can’t.

This isn’t just a picture; it’s a passport to an alternate universe where your pup reigns over their kingdom. Noble pets everywhere are embracing their inner monarchy, and your dog could be next.

TL;DR: Our Custom Royal Dog Portrait turns your pet into a noble figure on museum-quality canvas. It's perfect for dog lovers who want to celebrate their pet's regal potential in a beautifully unique way.

Which Pets Command Royal Attention?

Ideal for pet owners who see the grandeur in every wag and who cherish unique tributes. Perfect for those who love spoiling their pets with opulence, or a delightful gift for the devoted dog mom caught between tea parties and dog walks. Not suited for those who prefer minimalist decor with no storytelling.

How Do We Craft Your Regal Piece?

Your dog's journey to nobility begins with a photo upload. Our AI runs a meticulous face-swap, followed by hand refinements from our team of artists to ensure your pet looks truly regal. Fun fact: our head of production, Maya, insists on personally reviewing a portion of portraits—this high standard results in about 1 in 12 being refined further before hitting the canvas.

Why Choose Our Royal Portraits Over the Ordinary?

Unlike generic canvas prints, every Royal Dog Portrait is exclusively yours, blending personal moments with royal heritage. While many portraits reuse templates without depth, ours are custom-fitted, unique, and never mass-produced, embodying a legacy we retire after six months for rarity and allure.
