It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Royal Dog Portrait Right for Your Pet?

This masterpiece suits anyone who believes their dog deserves the throne. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or just want to acknowledge the king or queen lounging on your couch, this is for you. Perhaps not ideal for those who prefer understated decor or dislike extravagant displays.

How We Craft Your Dog's Royal Canvas

The process begins with your dog's photo. We use AI to transform it into a royal visage, while artists add delicate touches to ensure authenticity and elegance. Our rejection rate is about 1 in 12 images due to exacting standards. The final piece is printed on high-quality canvas, delivering a museum-worthy finish.

What Sets Our Royal Dog Portrait Apart?

Unlike mass-produced stock art, our portrait is a singular treasure that places your pet front and center in royal grandeur. With semi-annual retirement of themes, your piece remains exclusive and rare, ensuring your pet's kingdom is unlike any other.
