It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dance in Regal Elegance with Canvas Art

Step into a realm of luxury and grace with our Custom Royal Couple Portrait, set against the backdrop of a magnificent ballroom. Graceful chandeliers illuminate intricately embroidered attire, capturing the intimate connection between partners. This canvas transforms your photo into an artwork that exudes aristocratic charm and timeless romance, ideal for hallmark moments like anniversaries or engagements.

Each piece whispers of opulence, marrying traditional royal aesthetics with contemporary artistry. Our portraits stand as a testament to your unique partnership, infusing any space with elegance and history.

TL;DR: A custom royal couple portrait that brings your love story to life in a grand ballroom setting. Perfect for anniversaries or capturing a timeless bond.

Who Truly Shines in a Royal Ballroom Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for couples celebrating milestones like their 10th anniversary or engagements, infusing rooms with regal sophistication. However, if your style leans more rustic or contemporary, as a Viking or Cowboy theme would suit you better, this might not be your match.

How Does PortraitGift Craft Royal Portraits?

We begin by digitally transforming your uploaded photo with cutting-edge AI that swaps faces seamlessly into a royal setting. Our artists then refine each detail by hand, ensuring authenticity and charm. Be mindful though, about 1 in 12 drafts may not meet our rigorous standards and are discarded, ensuring only the best quality reaches you.

Why Choose Our Royal Ballroom Canvas Over Others?

Unlike standard canvas prints, our portraits are distinctively yours, featuring custom themes that retire every six months to maintain their uniqueness. This exclusivity ensures your artwork remains a rare piece, adorned with vibrant details designed to outlast trends.
