I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Photos into Canvas Art

Step into a world where your cherished memories are beautifully preserved on canvas. Our Premium Custom Portraits offer a bespoke way to immortalize life's special moments, right from your uploaded photo.

Whether it's the vibrant hues you loved on vacation or a calming palette that graced your happiest day, we'll bring those memories to life with precision and care, blending contemporary style with personalization.

TL;DR: This is a custom portrait from your photo, perfect for capturing special moments in a personal artistic style. Suitable for anyone celebrating life's precious events—from birthdays to anniversaries.

Whose portraits turn out best with this style?

Perfect for those wanting to see their loved ones in art, especially fitting for milestone celebrations like anniversaries or birthdays. Not ideal if you prefer a more contemporary digital look over classic canvas artistry.

How is your photo transformed into art?

Your journey begins when you upload a cherished photo. The transformation combines AI face-mapping with delicate artist refinements, ensuring lifelike accuracy on museum-grade canvas. We reject roughly 1 in 12 initial runs to meet our quality standards before finalizing each piece.

Why choose this custom portrait over a regular print?

Unlike standard canvas prints churned out in bulk, this portrait is your original. Our commitment to custom designs keeps your portrait just for you. Exclusivity is our forte, making sure your canvas is one of a kind in every stroke.
