I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Her Oceanic Fantasy on Canvas

Picture yourself nestled in an enchanting underwater world — soft waves, coral crowns, and the iridescence of ocean blooms forming the backdrop. Our Whimsical Mermaid Canvas transports your portrait into this azure dreamscape, perfect for anyone who's ever wandered, starry-eyed, into the sea.

With a palette that sparkles like sunlit water and details like flowing mermaid dresses, this art piece evokes the enchanting femininity of a siren's song. It's a treasure for those with seashell hearts and ocean dreams.

TL;DR: This is a custom mermaid portrait printed on premium canvas, ideal for women who love the ocean's whimsy and seek a dash of magic in their decor.

Who Truly Resonates with a Mermaid Portrait?

This piece suits women enchanted by the ocean, those whose decor reflects a love for whimsical beauty, and mermaid enthusiasts dreaming of underwater worlds. If modern, minimalist decor is your preference, this probably isn't your mermaid tail.

How Do We Sculpt Your Image into Ocean Art?

We start with your photo, enhance it with AI face-swap technology to capture mermaid allure and then our artists refine each detail, adding the glimmer of sea foam and vibrant coral hues. We often discard about 1 in 12 images when the magic doesn't spark. Finished on museum-grade canvas, it's a true aquatic masterpiece.

What Sets This Underwater Fantasy Apart?

Unlike generic ocean art, this portrait offers personal storytelling — a one-of-a-kind piece where your face becomes the focus of marine fantasy. We refresh our themes every year to ensure your portrait remains exclusive, so you're wearing the art, not the other way around.
