I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Garden-Inspired Mother's Day Magic

Transform a cherished photo into a heartfelt keepsake with our Custom Mother's Day Mother-Child Whimsical Gardener Canvas. Picture a canvas bursting with vibrant florals and endearing gardening details. It's more than art; it's a celebration of her nurturing spirit.

This canvas is a perfect tribute for mothers who find solace in nature, reflecting joyful memories spent digging in the dirt, surrounded by their little ones. Capturing the essence of her happiest place, it's an ideal gift for the mom who makes everything bloom.

TL;DR: Celebrate Mother's Day with a personalized gardener-themed portrait, ideal for moms who cherish nature and the mother-child bond. Perfect as a meaningful, lasting gift.

Is your mom the one with the greenest thumb?

This portrait is ideal for moms who cherish every bloom and leaf in their garden. It's particularly cherished by those who spend their weekends outdoors planting with their children. Not for moms who aren't keen on gardening or prefer minimalistic decor.

How is your garden-themed portrait crafted?

We begin with your photo, which undergoes an AI-based face-swap to match our gardening theme. Our artists then refine the details to ensure likeness and quality. According to Maya, our head of production, about 1 in 12 images get reworked to perfect the look. These museum-quality prints come alive on canvas.

How is this gardener canvas unique?

This isn't just a stock canvas — it’s a custom creation with a personal touch. Unlike mass-produced options, the Whimsical Gardener Canvas captures personal memories uniquely, with details based on real garden settings, making it a one-of-a-kind gift she won’t find elsewhere.
