You upload a photo — ideally one where her face is clear, front-facing, and reasonably well-lit (more on that below). Our system runs an AI face-composite process that maps her features onto the Supermom hero composition: the stance, the costume, the whole framing. Here's the part most shops don't mention: we discard about 1 in 12 generations internally because the face lock isn't clean enough — if it doesn't look unmistakably like her, it doesn't go forward.
