I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Truly Shines in a Military Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for veterans who cherish their service memories, active duty members looking to commemorate their current contributions, and military families who want to honor a loved one. If you're seeking a lighthearted gift, this may not be the right choice.

How Do We Craft Your Heroic Soldier Portrait?

Starting with your uploaded photo, we use AI for an initial transformation before our artists refine details like uniform insignias. Our team, led by head production artist Maya, discards about 1 in 12 attempts to ensure the face captures just the right heroic expression before printing on museum-quality canvas.

What Sets This Portrait Canvas Apart?

Unlike stock prints, each portrait is a one-of-one creation tailored to your soldier, featuring genuine military elements and artistic personalization that mere photo prints can't match.
