I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate New Beginnings on Canvas

Step into a world of tranquil exploration with our Custom LifeTransition Portrait. Imagine yourself surrounded by peaceful park pathways, illuminated by soft street lamps and inspiring city skylines. This moment captures the serenity of new beginnings and the empowerment of embarking on your path.

This theme's soft hues and urban elegance perfectly mirror the strength and independence found in life’s pivotal moments. Ideal for single women marking career milestones or those embracing a transformative journey.

TL;DR: The LifeTransition Portrait features serene cityscapes, perfect for single women marking milestones or embracing new beginnings.

Who celebrates these new beginnings?

This portrait suits single women embarking on fresh starts, whether diving into new careers or celebrating personal milestones. It's for creatives ready to reflect their life's transitions in art. Not quite the fit for those seeking rustic or historical themes—our Solo Glow-Up version offers a bolder hue palette.

How do we craft your transformation?

Your submission begins with a photo upload, followed by an AI-driven transformation capturing your essence in a city backdrop. Our artists then refine the details, ensuring every nuance reflects your journey with precision. We discard about 1 in 12 generations due to the face not perfectly aligning, ensuring only the best quality.

What sets this transition portrait apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece reflecting your personal transition. The LifeTransition theme is retired every six months for exclusivity, unlike mass-produced art that lacks individual touch.
