Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Her Graduation Bliss on Canvas

Immortalize the joy of her graduation day with a canvas art that merges celebration with emotion. Picture her beaming face surrounded by iconic grad symbols like a dignified cap, a well-deserved diploma, and a playful chalkboard backdrop. Add pops of blooming florals and a plush teddy bear to sweeten the sentiment.

This isn’t just a photo. It’s a moment rendered with attention to detail and crafted into a museum-quality masterpiece that communicates her triumphs. An ideal gift for celebrating her big achievement – distinctively personal and deeply transformative.

TL;DR: A customizable canvas celebrating her graduation with joyful details – perfect for a female graduate's milestone moment.

Who Appreciates This Festive Graduation Portrait?

This canvas is crafted especially for the proud new graduate who's ready to celebrate her achievements with a touch of elegance and fun. Whether it’s your daughter reaching her educational peak or a friend's major milestone, this portrait says congratulations with style. If she’s more into modern and minimalist décor, traditional framed photos might suit her better.

How This Graduation Portrait Comes to Life

We begin with your uploaded photo and transform it through an AI face-swap to a personalized graduation theme. This initial draft is then refined by hand for precision and charm by our skilled artists. Interestingly, we find about 1 in 12 drafts don’t hit our quality benchmark in generation, so they’re sent back for a reboot before canvas print.

How Does This Compare to Generic Graduation Portraits?

Unlike generic graduation prints, this is custom-made – each creation is a one-of-a-kind piece. We even rotate themes every six months to ensure exclusivity and keep the designs fresh and limited.
