It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immerse yourself in an underwater dreamscape, where shimmering pearls whisper tales of the ocean, and delicate seashells cradle stories from the deep. This custom canvas transforms any woman's photo into a mesmerizing mermaid portrait, perfect for those who dream of mythical realms and ethereal beauty.

Crafted with enchanting details like luminescent scales and ethereal bubbles, this piece is a work of art as unique as she is. Ideal for birthdays or simply indulging her fantastical spirit, each canvas captures the magic of her inner world.

TL;DR: Transform her photo into a mesmerizing custom mermaid portrait, ideal for imaginative spirits or fantasy-loving women. Perfect for birthdays or self-celebration.

Who Truly Shines as a Mermaid?

Perfect for the whimsical woman who finds allure in ocean wonderlands and dreams of mermaid magic. Ideal as a dreamy gift for a birthday or self-gifting moment to celebrate her imaginative essence. If she's more into reality than fantasy, this might not resonate as deeply.

How Do We Craft Your Fantasy?

Your journey begins when you upload her photo. Our AI technology transforms the face into a mermaid's mystical persona, after which artists add their touch, refining details like iridescent scales and delicate bubbles. We discard around 1 in 12 generated composites because perfection is our goal.

What Sets Our Mermaid Portrait Apart?

This isn't just a canvas — it's a one-of-a-kind creation. Unlike other art pieces that feel manufactured, our mermaid portrait is retired after a limited release, ensuring its rarity and personal significance.
