It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Perfectly suited for those who adore fantasy art and dream of living in fairytale worlds, this canvas captures the unique charm of a woodland fantasy. TL;DR: Turn your photo into a regal fantasy portrait set in an enchanting forest. A perfect gift for women who embrace the magic of fantasy worlds.

Who can rock the regal forest look?

This portrait is perfect for women who delight in fantasy literature and cosplay, those who see elegance in every leaf and beam of light. It's also a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to add a touch of magic to their lives. However, it might not suit those who prefer minimalist or abstract styles.

How do we craft your magical transformation?

The process begins with your photo. Our AI crafts an initial scene, positioning your likeness among the greenery and light. Artists like Maya Chen refine each detail, from gown texture to light play. About 1 in 12 creations are reworked to meet our high standards. Finished pieces are printed on top-grade museum canvas, ensuring longevity and vibrancy.

Why is this fantasy canvas one-of-a-kind?

Unlike generic fantasy prints, this portrayal is personalized to you alone. We retire themes every six months, maintaining the rarity of your unique piece. Each portrait is not just a decoration but a personal escape into a fantasy realm that only you inhabit.
