I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Sit Majestically in Your Fantasy Domain

In the hushed echoes of a castle's grand hall, you sit poised on an opulent throne, candlelight flickering across an elegant gown. This is the world we unlock for you—regal, introspective, and deeply personal.

Our custom Fantasy Portraits are crafted to highlight the enchanting aura that’s uniquely yours. It's not just about donning a crown; it’s about capturing your ethereal spirit for all to admire.

TL;DR: A museum-quality fantasy portrait capturing women in their most regal essence, perfect for creative spirits who deserve artwork as bold and imaginative as they are.

Is This Throne Portrait Truly for You?

Designed for women who dream of stepping into the shoes of a queen or empress. Perfect for the friend who adores tales of intrigue, magic, and majesty, or even for yourself if you're the monarch of your own story. Not ideal for those looking for a modern or minimalist piece—this is about grandeur, not minimalism.

Crafting Your Regal Image

We begin with your photo, transforming it through AI face-swap technology into a rough draft. Our head of production, Maya, oversees the artist refinement to ensure your portrait embodies the grace and presence of royalty. It's a meticulous process, and about 1 in 12 drafts is discarded to maintain our high standards.

Why Our Regal Portraits Are Unmatched

Unlike mass-produced portraits that capture the everyday, our fantasy-themed regal throne piece is a true original, reflecting a singular moment in time—yours. With themes rotated every six months, your regal portrait remains a rare gem.
