I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive into Her Underwater Dreamscape

Does she dream of ocean adventures and mermaid tales? Our Custom Fantasy Girl Portrait turns her photo into a magical mermaid scene, complete with sparkling scales and ocean blooms. Her imagination leads; we provide the artistry.

It's not just a portrait — it's a keepsake capturing the wonder of stories told by the sea, a shimmering testament to her growing fantasies.

TL;DR: Craft a custom fantasy portrait that transforms your child into a mermaid. Perfect for birthdays or any little girl enchanted by the sea.

Is a Mermaid Canvas Her Ideal Gift?

This portrait is perfect for young girls enchanted by mermaids, sea life, and fantasy narratives. Parents looking to foster their child's imagination through personalized art will also find immense value here. However, if she's not into mermaids or underwater themes, our Whimsical Witch Canvas could be a better fit.

How Does a Mermaid Canvas Come to Life?

We start with your uploaded photo, letting AI initial swap create a mermaid-themed base. Then, our artists refine every detail ensuring each portrait matches her unique features. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 AI-generated bases doesn't make the cut — we only keep the ones capturing true magic.

Why Choose Our Mermaid Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic wall art, each mermaid portrait is entirely unique to the child featured. We retire each design within six months, ensuring a truly limited edition — a sparkling mermaid never duplicated.
