It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family's Epic Fantasy Saga

Your family's adventure begins in a mystical land of enchanted forests and magical realms, where each member transforms into a legendary hero. Forget the usual, mundane portraits—our Fantasy Family Portrait puts you at the center of an epic saga.

With props like mystical staffs and enchanted swords, this canvas lets you step into a world brimming with magic and adventure. Ideal for families who live for the awe of fantasy films and stories where realms come alive.

TL;DR: Transform your family into legendary fantasy heroes with our custom portraits. Perfect for adventurous families who revel in epic tales and immersive worlds.

Who will love becoming fantasy heroes?

This portrait is perfect for families who see themselves as characters in their own magical saga—parents who have read 'The Chronicles of Narnia' aloud, kids who stage epic battles in their backyard, or couples who met at a fantasy convention. Not recommended for traditionalists who shy away from imaginative themes; stick with a Regal Horseback Rider Canvas if you're dip-toeing into fantasy.

How do we bring your fantasy to life?

Your journey from a simple photo to a fantastical artwork involves AI magic at its finest. We start by digitally mapping faces and blending them seamlessly into rich, thematic settings. But it's our expert artists who add the pixie dust, refining each detail to epic perfection. Honest note: about 1 in 12 images don't make the fantasy cut and are reworked for quality.

Why choose our fantasy portraits over stock art?

Unlike generic art that's duplicated endlessly, each fantasy portrait we create permanently retires its theme, giving you a one-of-a-kind piece as unique as a unicorn sighting. It's not just themed art—it's a piece of personal lore immortalized on canvas.
