I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine yourself and your partner transformed into royalty, resplendent in luxuriant robes, and set against the majestic backdrop of a snow-kissed castle. This isn't just a portrait; it's an escape to a world where your love story reigns supreme.

The shimmering blues and silver whites of the frosted landscape lend a serene yet majestic atmosphere, ideal for those who dream of living in a storybook kingdom. Our Fantasy Couple Portrait suits romantics who cherish the allure of myths and legends.

TL;DR: Our custom fantasy couple portrait places you in an enchanting castle scene, perfect for couples who love a magical narrative. Tailored for anniversaries or romance enthusiasts.

Is this portrait right for fairytale dreamers?

This custom fantasy portrait enchants couples who revel in the whimsical — perfect for those celebrating their first anniversary or a milestone that deserves a magical touch. Not ideally suited for those who prefer modern or minimalist styles.

How your fairytale canvas comes to life

Your journey begins with a simple photo upload. An AI engine performs a fantasy transformation, followed by detailed artist hand-tuning to perfect the nuances. Our head of production, Maya, assures quality by discarding 1 in 12 pieces that don't meet our standards, guaranteeing your portrait's uniqueness.

What makes our Fantasy Portrait truly one-of-a-kind?

Unlike generic fantasy canvases which often use repetitive templates, this portrait incorporates your facial likeness in an entirely custom creation. Each theme is retired after six months to ensure that your canvas remains a rare piece of art, cherished for its exclusivity.
