It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Dreams of a Disney-Themed Cat Portrait?

If you're the type who envisions your furry friend as part of the Disney cast, this canvas is your dream come true. Perfect for whimsical souls, cat parents who believe their pets are the true fairytale stars, or anyone looking to add a splash of enchantment to their walls. Not ideal for those who prefer minimalist or modern art styles.

The Journey from Cat Photo to Disney Canvas

Each portrait begins with your cat's photo, transformed into Disney splendor through a precise AI face-swap, followed by expert artist refinement. We only select the best from every 12 drafts to ensure quality, culminating in a museum-caliber canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on a rejection rate to uphold impeccable standards.

What Makes This Disney Portrait Magical?

Unlike typical pet canvases, ours secures your kitty in a Disney fairyland, complete with exclusive designs that won't be reused. Once retired, the theme remains rare, making your piece a true one-of-a-kind keepsake.
