The canvas arrives in corner-protected packaging — we've had very few transit damage claims, but if yours shows up damaged, photograph it and email us within 7 days and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. Our 60-day satisfaction policy covers color accuracy and likeness concerns: if the portrait doesn't look like the person in the photo, that's on us, not you. Hanging hardware is included.
