I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family's Heroic Side in Comic Style

Step into a world of comic book adventures where your family stars as the legendary heroes. Our Custom Comic Book Family Portrait transforms ordinary family photos into extraordinary artistry, filled with vibrant colors and bold outlines that pop right off the canvas.

This isn't just a picture; it's a dynamic piece of art that turns everyday life into an action-packed saga. If your family loves superhero stories or dreams of having their own origin story, this portrait is your gateway to that vibrant comic universe.

TL;DR: The Custom Comic Book Family Portrait is perfect for families who cherish superhero tales and want their own heroic adventure immortalized. Ideal for birthdays, family gatherings, or as a unique piece for the living room.

Who Embraces the Superhero Style Best?

This portrait is a hit among families who are superhero fans or have a soft spot for comic books. It's ideal for parents wanting to spice up family time with a splash of animated energy. However, if your family prefers more traditional or understated styles, this might not be your best fit.

What Goes Into Crafting Your Hero Portrait?

Your creation begins with a photo upload, followed by our AI's initial face-swap magic. Then, artists retouch the details, enhancing vibrant colors and superhero features. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures only top-quality canvases make the cut, with 8% of generational drafts trashed for perfection.

Why Is This Canvas Not Your Average Print?

Unlike typical family portraits that you might find on stock websites, each piece here is custom-made and totally unique. Plus, the superhero theme adds a level of fun and personal expression that's unmatched, making it a standout piece that pops in any room.
