You upload a photo; our system isolates the face and builds a high-resolution composite in the Christmas scene — Santa hat, festive backdrop, the whole thing. That output goes through an internal quality pass where, honestly, about 1 in 12 generations gets discarded because the face proportions or expression didn't transfer cleanly. The ones that pass get handed to a human artist who does the refinement: correcting fur texture, adjusting lighting so the subject feels like they belong in the scene, and sharpening details around the eyes and nose — which is where pet portraits live or die. Once approved (our head of production, Maya Chen, checks every batch personally), it goes to print on museum-grade cotton-poly canvas with archival pigment inks rated for 75+ years without fading. The whole process, from your upload to a print-ready file, typically runs 24-48 hours.

US orders ship in 5-7 business days via tracked carrier — most arrive closer to the 5-day mark outside of the December 15-22 rush, when we'd add a day or two. EU and UK customers should expect 7-14 business days; Canada sits in between, usually 8-10. The canvas ships rolled in a protective tube (not flat-packed, which is how lesser prints arrive creased). For care: hang away from direct sunlight — the archival inks hold, but UV exposure over years will eventually shift anything. Wipe dust with a dry microfiber cloth; no cleaners, no moisture. If you're unhappy with the likeness for any reason, our 60-day satisfaction policy means we reprint or refund, and we've almost never pushed back on a legitimate complaint.
