It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Pup's Personality in Art

Meet the canvas that turns your furry friend into a work of art, capturing their quirks with a splash of whimsy. Imagine your Yorkshire Terrier surrounded by a halo of hearts and playful pink bows—it's a tribute every dog owner will adore.

This isn't just another photo on the wall. It's a celebration of everything that makes your pet unique, rendered with an artist's touch to bring out their playful spirit. If your home feels a bit empty on charm, this is just the lift it needs.

TL;DR: Capture your dog's unique personality with a custom caricature portrait, ideal for pet lovers wanting a playful and charming art piece.

Why is this a hit with pet parents?

This portrait suits dog owners who cherish every quirky detail of their pet's personality—those who light up at the sight of cute accessories like bows and hearts. It may not be the best pick for minimalists or those seeking a classical portrait style.

How do these whimsical portraits come to life?

The process begins with uploading a favorite photo of your dog. We utilize AI to design a caricature sketch, which is then refined by our artists to capture your pet's unique charm. About 1 in 15 images are redone to ensure flawless facial expressions before printing on high-quality canvas.

Why choose this over a standard pet portrait?

Unlike generic pet portraits that might simply change the background, this caricature is a one-off creation designed to accentuate your dog's individuality with whimsical props and scenery. Once the design season ends, the theme is retired, keeping your portrait rare.
