I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bohemian Bliss at Sunset for Families

Picture your family draped in flowing, ethereal garments, bathed in the golden glow of a setting sun. Our custom Boho Family Portrait brings that vision to life, melding wildflowers and unpretentious landscapes into your personalized art piece. It's a celebration of love and a nod to bohemian elegance that beautifully conveys your family's aura.

Perfectly suited for those who cherish authenticity, each portrait features lovingly crafted details that bring out the gentle and harmonious connections only your family can share. A truly unique way to enshrine family bonds, this portrait radiates warmth and serene energy in any room.

TL;DR: Transform your family photo into a Boho-inspired canvas that captures the beauty of your family in a serene sunset setting, perfect for those who relish earthy elegance.

Which families find their vibe in a Boho portrait?

This portrait suits families who embrace the bohemian lifestyle and cherish nature's simplicity. If your living room is filled with plants and earthy tones, this canvas will feel right at home. However, if your taste leans more towards minimalist urban decor, you might find the serene, rustic vibe less appealing.

The journey from your photo to bohemian elegance.

Your journey begins with the photo you upload, which is transformed through a blend of AI face-swapping and expert artistic refinement. Each family member's facial details are carefully adjusted by our artists, ensuring authenticity. Our head, Maya Chen, insists on discarding any piece that doesn't instantly evoke the intended serene vibe — about 1 in 12 gets nixed.

Why choose our Boho over any generic canvas?

Unlike generic-stock canvas prints, our Boho Family Portrait isn't just another replication. This is a one-of-a-kind art piece, with your family's likeness melding seamlessly into a bespoke bohemian scene, refreshed semi-annually. It's an exclusive blend of technology and artistry you won't find elsewhere.
