It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Perfect for anime enthusiasts who adore fantasy realms and are captivated by cosmic designs. Women who've always felt a connection to the celestial universe will cherish this unique keepsake. However, if your style leans more towards minimalist design, this might not be your ideal fit.

How Do We Craft Your Celestial Journey?

Once you upload your photo, we use AI face-swap technology to integrate it into the galaxy theme. Artists then refine the portrait, ensuring every star and bit of armor is perfectly placed. We reject about 1 in 10 to ensure it meets our high standards, the touch of human artistry keeps it authentic.

What Sets Our Anime Galaxy Crown Portrait Apart?

Unlike standard anime wall art, our portrait is a one-off creation just for you. With unique themes retired after six months, you'll own a piece of anime flair that won't flood the market, keeping your art as exclusive as it is enchanting.
