It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Christmas Warmth with Yarn Art

Imagine a cozy nook bathed in the soft glow of winter lights, a pair of knitting needles poised in mid-stitch, capturing the essence of a perfect holiday moment. This isn't just any portrait; it's the Christmas Knitting Custom Portrait. A canvas where yarn craft meets festive enchantment.

Dressed in hues of reds and greens, this portrait encapsulates the quiet joy of handiwork during the holidays. Perfect for those who value the serenity and joy of creating something special from scratch.

TL;DR: A custom yarn craft portrait for those who cherish Christmas knitting moments. Ideal for yarn enthusiasts and festive season lovers. Upload your photo, preview for free, and order your canvas.

Who cherishes a Christmas yarn adventure?

This portrait shines brightest under the tree of knitting enthusiasts, particularly those who find joy in the meditative rhythm of crafting each loop and stitch. Couples who share a love for creating together might find this a surprisingly touching gift too. Probably not the best pick for those who can't tell knitting from crochet or dread untangling yarn balls.

How do we craft your festive portrait?

Start by uploading a cherished photo to our online tool. Watch as it transforms into a preview of your final artwork, entirely free and without any commitment to purchase. Only once you're satisfied with the preview do you submit an order, ensuring you get exactly the heartwarming piece you're hoping for.

How does this stand out among yarn portraits?

While many art pieces capture the look of the holidays, this portrait goes a step further by embedding the tactile comfort of yarn craft into your memories. It's not just visual; it captures the warmth and coziness of Christmas knitting, making it a standout piece for your walls.
