It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Grandma's Warmth to Your Walls

Relive the cozy charm of Sunday gatherings with a kitchen portrait that echoes laughter and love. Picture a canvas brimming with nostalgic hues, where the aroma of roasted chicken mingles with hearty laughter.

It's a slice of home, bringing alive the soft wrinkles of Grandma and mismatched dinnerware that mark stories shared over generations. Perfect for families who cherish togetherness.

TL;DR: This custom Grandma Kitchen portrait captures the warmth of family gatherings, ideal for those who treasure shared stories and laughter over home-cooked meals.

Who cherishes Grandma Kitchen portraits?

This portrait thrives in the homes of sentimental souls: Moms who relish the ritual of big Sunday dinners, grandparents celebrating a milestone, or families who’ve moved away but yearn for the tastes and tales of old kitchens. It's less suited for ultramodern design enthusiasts looking for abstract art.

Crafting Your Family Heirloom

Upload a cherished family photo to see a free preview—it's all about capturing your homey vibe before committing. Simply pick a format from the options provided, and watch our system turn familial warmth into a bespoke art piece. No hassle, just heartfelt quality.

What sets this family portrait apart?

This portrait stands apart with its dedicated theme of ‘Grandma’s Kitchen’—a deep dive into nostalgia, wrapped in the smell of fresh bread and simmering stories. Unlike other portraits, it's about recreating that unique, heart-filled space where generations mingle.
