I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This isn't just any portrait — it's a hand-crafted masterpiece, designed to imbue your memories with the style and flair that suits the recipient best.

Every detail is carefully refined; you're not just preserving a moment, you're celebrating it. Our canvas favors a gentle, timeless appeal that speaks volumes, making it an ideal choice for anyone who appreciates a little extra artistry in their decor.

TL;DR: Capture cherished moments with a Premium Custom Portrait Canvas. Perfect for family, friends, and anyone who loves a personal touch in art.

Who Does a Custom Portrait Perfectly Suit?

This canvas suits those looking to immortalize special occasions, like anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or even to commemorate a loved one. It's adored by art enthusiasts who value custom, hand-crafted pieces that capture emotion and detail. Though it shines primarily with those who enjoy personal touches, it might not be ideal for someone who prefers minimalistic or modern abstract decor.

What's the Process Behind the Creation?

Our portraits begin with you uploading a photo — the clearer, the better. From there, our AI steps in to mock up an enhanced version, which our artists then refine by hand to cater to your preferences. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece meets the highest standards. While our rejection rate sits around 1 in 12, we guarantee you'll be wowed by the result. Each portrait is transferred onto museum-quality canvas, promising vibrant colors and luxurious texture.

How Does This Canvas Stand Out?

Unlike mass-produced prints, this Custom Canvas Portrait is a genuine reflection of its subject, made bespoke for you. Our dedication to personalizing every piece means you'll never find two alike. We retire specific designs after a set period, ensuring that your art remains exclusive and unique.
