It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This canvas doesn't just recreate a photo; it transforms it into a tactile memory of familial warmth, set against the classic backdrop of aviation's heritage. Ideal for pilots at heart or in profession, this artwork is a salute to those who feel more at home among the clouds.

TL;DR: If you’re celebrating a dad and child who dream in skies, this artistic flight is for them. Ideal for birthdays, Father’s Day, or retirement.

Who’s Ready to Take Flight with This Gift?

This portrait suits dads and kids who share a love for adventure, especially those who find thrill in aviation. If you know someone who dreams in wing spans and open skies, this canvas speaks directly to them. Not ideal for families who prefer earthbound activities.
