It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Pet's Gotcha Day in Style

On your pet's special gotcha day, why not immortalize their unforgettable expressions with our custom birthday portrait? This isn't just a canvas; it's a vibrant celebration of that meaningful day when your furry friend strolled into your life. Picture your pet amidst an array of colorful birthday balloons, wrapped gifts, and playful confetti that perfectly capture the essence of their lively spirit.

Our sleek palette of festive hues and detailed photoreal textures invites your pet into a world where every day feels like a party. Ideal for playful pups, curious cats, or even sprightly rabbits, this portrait springs to life on your wall, ensuring that your pet's unique charm and exuberance are always celebrated, year-round.

TL;DR: Celebrate your pet's gotcha day with a custom birthday portrait. Perfect for pet parents who want to capture their pet's personality on canvas. Ideal for playful pets with a love for all things colorful.

Could This Portrait Be Purrfect for Your Pet?

Perfect for pet owners who adore festive celebrations and want to commemorate the day their furry friend became family. This portrait suits pets that naturally brighten up any room with their energy and playful spirit. However, it's not for those who favor minimalist decor — the vibrant colors might overwhelm subtler settings.

Crafting Your Pet's Birthday Dream Canvas

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which undergoes an AI face-swap to place your pet into a lively birthday scene. Afterward, our artists meticulously refine the details to capture your pet's unique expressions and features. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 generations don’t make the cut due to minor discrepancies in facial alignment — we only accept the best. The final product is a one-of-a-kind museum-grade canvas.

Why Choose Our Pet Gotcha Portrait Over a Standard Canvas?

Unlike generic canvas prints you might find online, our Pet Gotcha Day Birthday portrait offers a personalized experience, embedding your pet into a vibrant birthday setting. Each theme is retired after six months, so your pet's portrait remains rare, cherished, and exclusive.
