It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The intricate details of the Lanterns Diwali Portrait blend tradition with a touch of modern artistry, perfect for those who cherish the glow of family gatherings. Our canvas doesn't just hang; it illuminates stories worth telling.

TL;DR: This Lanterns Diwali Custom Portrait is ideal for families celebrating Diwali, capturing the festival's true spirit. Perfect for those nostalgic for vibrant family reunions.

Who shines in a Lanterns Diwali portrait?

This portrait is a must-have for families who dive into festive spirits, sharing their love for Diwali. If your loved ones cherish the warmth and glow of lantern-lit evenings, they'll adore this canvas. Not the best pick for those seeking minimalist decor—our portraits radiate with detailed splendor.

How is your radiant Diwali moment captured?

Our process begins with your cherished photo, transformed by AI face-swap technology before skilled artists refine every detail. While this high-tech process often mesmerizes, about 1 in 12 images are rejected to ensure flawless face syncing. Finally, it's produced on premium museum-quality canvas, seeming to glow just like your Diwali lights.

Why is this more than just another canvas?

Unlike other generic canvas prints, each Lanterns Diwali Portrait is a singular art piece tailored to your family's unique celebration. The theme and your faces are ours alone, a fleeting gallery as exclusive as your Diwali eve.
