I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Grandma's Garden to Life on Canvas

Imagine a portrait where Grandma and the grandkids are surrounded by the gentle sway of their favorite blooms. With our 'Grandma's Garden Custom Portrait,' you capture these heartwarming moments forever. This isn't just a canvas—it's a vibrant snapshot of love and nature, with every petal painted to highlight those affectionate bonds.

This exquisite piece transforms a simple photo into a magical scene, bringing the warmth of Grandma's beloved garden into your home. Think of it as a living memory, where the sun always shines, the flowers never fade, and the love is eternal. Perfect for those who cherish both family and nature's beauty.

TL;DR: Capture the joyful spirit of Grandma and grandkids in a garden setting with this personalized portrait. Ideal for families cherishing nature.

Who Loves a Garden-Themed Portrait?

This portrait is a cherished choice for families who hold gardens close to their hearts. It's perfect for grandmothers who spend sunny afternoons tending to flowers with grandkids. However, if your loved one's aesthetic leans toward minimalist or contemporary art, this might not be the best fit.

Crafting a Garden Keepsake

Our process begins with you offering a photo that captures a cherished moment. We then generate a free preview of how your loved ones will look surrounded by the beauty of flora. This ensures you're thrilled with the vision before you proceed to purchase.

Why This Garden Portrait Stands Out

Unlike other floral portraits, this one brings Grandma's specific garden to life, capturing the essence of her cherished space. The flowers, the light, and the love blend uniquely to tell her story in a way no generic garden art ever could.

Veelgestelde vragen

Will it look like her?She is painted from your photo, so her face, hair, age and glasses carry over. Use a clear photo where her face is easy to see. The free preview shows the result before you pay, and an artist checks the portrait before anything is printed.
Can you paint her favorite flowers?Yes. Type them in the "Her favorite flowers" box (any flowers, with their colors) and the free preview paints them in her basket and her garden. Leave it empty to keep the flowers shown.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. You approve the artwork before anything is printed. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision on your order page and an artist makes it before printing.
Canvas or digital? Both are offered: a cotton canvas ready to hang, or the digital file, available right after checkout. For canvas, check the live delivery estimate at checkout.
