It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Your Pet's Adoption Day

Welcome your furry companion's gotcha day with a custom portrait that truly captures their spirit. This is no ordinary portrait—it's a celebration on canvas. With vibrant hues and meticulous attention to detail, your pet's character shines brightly in any room.

Move beyond the simple photos and enter a world where your pet is the star of their very own art piece. Whether it's the joyful wagging of their tail or that signature ear flop, every detail is artistically brought to life.

TL;DR: Capture your pet's love with a custom Gotcha Day portrait. Perfect for adopters commemorating their furry family member's arrival, this piece immortalizes a cherished bond.

Is this the right pet-gift for your special day?

This portrait is perfect for new pet parents who want to celebrate the anniversary of their adopted pet. It's also a great gift for anyone in your life who's proudly sharing their home—and hearts—with a new member of the family. Honestly, if you're not the type to get teary-eyed at happy dog videos, this might not be for you.

How do we craft these beloved pet portraits?

Your favorite pet photo undergoes a meticulous transformation. Our AI technology initiates the portrait by capturing the essence of your pet. From there, skilled artists fine-tune every brushstroke. We actually discard about 1 in 12 generations because the details need to be just right. The final piece is printed on museum-quality canvas, ensuring a lasting tribute.

What sets our Gotcha Day portraits apart?

Unlike typical pet portraits, our Gotcha Day creation goes beyond photo replication. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind tribute to your pet's unique personality. We focus on the emotional resonance of your adoption day, adding a touch that generic prints just can't replicate.
