I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Cosmos as a Galactic Princess

Embark on a celestial journey and become the star of your own cosmic adventure with our Galactic Princess custom portrait. Experience your photo reimagined in an otherworldly setting, where ethereal starlight and nebulae create a breathtaking backdrop.

Adorned in shimmering gowns and surrounded by the vastness of space, this portrait turns you into a captivating figure from another universe, appealing to those who dream of the stars.

TL;DR: A wondrous custom portrait on canvas, perfect for dreamers who yearn to be a cosmic princess. Ideal for birthdays, special moments, or simply celebrating a love for the stars.

Who gets the most out of the Galactic Princess look?

This portrait is a stellar choice for those passionate about space and cosmic fantasies. Perfect for young dreamers and adults alike who delight in the mysteries of the universe. It's less suited if you're seeking an earthier vibe like in our Desert Planet Nomad portrait.

Crafting your place among the stars

Each portrait journey begins with your uploaded photo. Through advanced AI face-swapping technology, your likeness becomes the central figure in our galactic theme. An artist then refines every detail before it's printed on high-grade canvas. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 images require total re-generation to capture that perfect starry essence.

How does the Galactic Princess stand out from the rest?

Unlike typical prints you might find elsewhere, this canvas captures an imaginative realm where you are the heroine of your own space saga. We retire each theme version after just six months, ensuring your portrait remains as unique as the cosmos itself.
