I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

If your vision includes vibrant palettes, dynamic contrasts, or subtle hues, expect nothing short of excellence. Perfect for those who embody style, creativity, and a hint of nostalgia.

TL;DR: Turn your favorite memories into stunning canvas portraits. Ideal for art lovers and anyone seeking a unique personalized gift to commemorate special occasions. Not just a gift, but an heirloom.

Who Will Cherish This Custom Portrait Canvas?

This portrait makes a unique gift for creative souls, art enthusiasts, or those celebrating significant milestones. It's especially fitting for individuals who value personalized, heartfelt gifts. Honestly, if you prefer plain prints, this may not hit the mark.

How Are Your Precious Moments Immortalized?

We begin with your uploaded photo, then our advanced AI performs a face-swap, creating a digital draft. This is refined by our skilled artists to ensure accuracy and vibrancy. The finished art is printed on museum-quality canvas. Our head of production, Maya, ensures that about 1 in 12 drafts are refined further if the initial result doesn’t meet our high standards.

Why Choose Our Canvas Over Generic Alternatives?

Unlike generic photo prints, our custom portraits are one-of-a-kind creations tailored to reflect your unique images. We limit editions to maintain exclusivity, ensuring your portrait is as special as the memories it holds.
