I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Transform any photo into a bespoke masterpiece on premium canvas. Ideal for marking birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions for your loved ones.

Is this the ideal personalized gift for your occasion?

This portrait is perfect for those who appreciate meaningful and personalized gifts — think family-oriented individuals celebrating a special milestone or art enthusiasts who enjoy custom decor. It might not resonate with someone who prefers digital-only assets or lacks wall space to display a canvas.

Crafting Your Personalized Art

Our process begins when you upload your favorite photo, which is then digitally transformed through an AI face-swap, meticulously refined by our in-house artists, and finally, printed on museum-grade canvas. Interestingly, around 1 in 12 digital transformations are discarded as we strive for perfection. Our head of production, Maya, insists on this level of detail to ensure each piece is nothing short of a masterpiece.

Why choose our premium canvas for your portrait?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our portraits are crafted from your personal photos, ensuring each piece is truly one-of-one. With a quality focus, we utilize premium materials to enhance durability and richness, making your portrait a lifelong keepsake.
