I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who will treasure a custom canvas gift?

If you're celebrating a milestone occasion or simply want to elevate your home decor, our custom portrait canvas is made for you. Perfect for parents cherishing family memories or for a thoughtful anniversary gift. However, if you're looking for something more minimalistic, this might not hit the mark.

What goes into crafting your canvas?

Every canvas begins with you uploading a cherished photo, which then undergoes an AI transformation tailored to your selected theme. Our artists personally refine each piece to ensure it captures the essence and emotion, discarding about 1 in 12 to maintain quality. Finally, it’s printed on museum-quality canvas for a stunning result.

Why choose our custom canvas over other prints?

Unlike generic prints, each creation is exclusive, crafted and personalized uniquely for you. Plus, our commitment to rare themes means we frequently retire designs after six months, ensuring your piece is always one-of-a-kind.
