I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A Moment in Motion: First Dance Elegance

Relive the magic of your wedding day with a portrait that captures the joy and elegance of your first dance. Nestled under glowing string lights, surrounded by those you love, this canvas immortalizes the moment you spun, dipped, and twirled into forever.

Our unique process blends cutting-edge AI with traditional artistry, ensuring your cherished memory isn't just remembered but celebrated in vibrant detail. Perfect for setting above your mantle or nestling in your bedroom as a constant reminder of your profound connection.

TL;DR: Perfect for newlyweds or as an anniversary gift, our First Dance Custom Portrait captures the essence of your wedding's magical moment. This museum-quality canvas is not only a keepsake but an expression of love.

Who will treasure their first dance captured forever?

This portrait suits newlyweds looking to capture their day, couples celebrating their milestone anniversaries, or families wanting to gift something heartfelt to a beloved couple. However, if your style is more contemporary and less traditional romance, this might not reflect your aesthetic.

How is your wedding dance portrait crafted?

Each portrait starts with your treasured photo. We use advanced AI to map faces onto our unique templates, followed by hand refinements from our artists to enhance detail and emotion. Not every photo makes the cut—our team discards about 1 in 10 initial selections to guarantee quality.

Why is this first dance canvas truly unique?

Unlike generic wedding prints, this canvas is uniquely yours—settings are personalized to your photo's specific vibes. Once a theme retires, it's no longer available, making this a true one-of-a-kind piece. Its combination of AI precision and artistic brush strokes ensures no two canvases are ever the same.
