I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crown Your Kitty with Majestic Grandeur

Step into a realm where your feline rules supreme. Picture your cat, draped in sumptuous velvets and perched upon a throne worthy of monarchs. This refined canvas captures not just an image, but the regal air your companion naturally exudes.

For the true appreciator of their cat's sophisticated side, nothing says 'majestic' like a personal royal portrait. Be it the intricate detailing of the crown or the tactile quality of the robes, every element echoes historical grandeur.

TL;DR: Embrace your cat's majestic side with a Custom Royal Cat Portrait, perfect for cat enthusiasts wanting to immortalize their pet as a throne-wielding ruler.

Which Cats Truly Wear the Crown?

This portrait speaks to cat owners who appreciate the whimsical blend of grandeur and feline charm. It's ideal for those whose homes center around their fur monarchs, and for anyone looking to memorialize a purring dynasty. It's less suited to those who prefer a minimalist approach or are indifferent to period detail.

How is Your Cat's Royalty Crafted?

Our process starts with an uploaded photo, which undergoes an AI face-replacement before artists step in to fine-tune the likeness and regal embellishments. Mind you, around 1 in 12 portraits never make it past the AI phase due to intricate detail discrepancies. Finally, we print your masterpiece on a museum-grade canvas fit for any palace wall.

Why Choose This Over Regular Cat Art?

The uniqueness of this product lies in its exclusivity; we retire the theme after six months, keeping your cat's portrait genuinely one-of-a-kind. Unlike generic prints, every line and brush stroke is uniquely aligned to your pet, echoing not just a likeness but a legacy.
