I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

What Makes This Portrait the Right Gift Choice?

This portrait suits those looking for a deeply personal gift, especially for anniversaries or birthdays. Ideal for art lovers who appreciate value in custom work. Maybe not the best choice if you prefer traditional photo frames over canvas art.

How Do We Turn Your Photo Into Canvas Magic?

We begin with your photograph, using AI face-swap technology to merge it with artistic compositions. Our team of artists, led by our head of production Maya, refines these images for a polished finish. Honest note: Around 1 in 12 drafts don't pass our quality check due to misalignments and are redone.

Why Pick This Custom Photo Canvas Over Standard Prints?

This isn't just a generic print. Unlike standard photo canvases, each work is an exclusive piece created just for you. After 6 months, we retire themes to keep your portrait unique and rare.
