It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Ethereal Tribute: Walk Her through Heaven's Gates

Imagine capturing the essence of a beloved woman in a serene backdrop of heavenly gates. Our Custom Memorial Woman Portrait offers an eternal embrace, with soft light casting a gentle glow over blooming flowers and graceful doves that symbolize peace.

This canvas isn't just a memorial; it's a soulful tribute that speaks volumes of love and remembrance. Ideal for those wanting a dignified keepsake to honor a cherished life.

TL;DR: Capture the gentle spirit of a loved one with a Memorial Woman Portrait, showcasing serene heaven gates. Ideal for those seeking a heartfelt tribute on a lasting canvas.

Who cherishes this serene memorial canvas?

This portrait suits daughters, mothers, or grandmothers cherished and remembered fondly. It deeply resonates with families seeking a beautiful, lasting tribute. However, it might not be for those less inclined towards symbolic imagery or prefer digital memories alone.

How do our memorial portraits transcend?

We begin by sourcing your cherished photo, then apply an AI face-swap over a serene template before passing it on to our talented artists for refinement. Every detail down to the light and shadow is perfected, ensuring the final artwork truly honors her memory. Sometimes, about 1 in 12 images require retouches when alignment isn’t perfect.

Why is our memorial canvas uniquely comforting?

Unlike generic memorial prints, this custom canvas offers a unique blend of personal touch and rarity. We retire each theme biannually to maintain exclusivity. Each portrait becomes a true family heirloom, matching the singularity of the individual it remembers.
