It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Cherish Their Memory in a Sunset Canvas

Transport your beloved pet into a serene, golden-hued landscape, where the warmth of the sunset meets the tranquility of an open field. Each portrait is a heartfelt tribute set under a sky painted with soft ambers and pinks, capturing the spirit of your cherished companion in eternal peace.

Perfectly positioned on a symbolic bridge surrounded by blooming wildflowers, this memorial piece encapsulates the timeless joy and unconditional love only a pet can offer. Crafted carefully to honor your memories, it's a lasting homage to a friendship that was, and always will be, unforgettable.

TL;DR: A custom memorial dog portrait that places your beloved pet in a serene sunset setting — perfect for those honoring a lost companion with a lasting, peaceful tribute.

Who Finds Peace with a Sunset Memorial?

This portrait suits dog owners who wish to honor and remember their pet in a serene, beautiful way. Ideal for those who've recently experienced a loss or wish to celebrate an everlasting bond. If you're looking for something more whimsical, like our Whimsical Cat Angel Canvas, this might not fit the bill.

How is a Memorial Canvas Created?

We start with your uploaded photo, transforming it through advanced face-swapping algorithms. Every piece is meticulously refined by our artists to ensure the finest detail, with about 1 in 12 needing extra attention to correctly capture your pet’s essence. Finally, the image is printed on museum-quality canvas, ready for display.

How Does This Memorial Portrait Stand Out?

Unlike standard pet portraits, our serene sunset canvas offers a one-of-a-kind memorial scene that's both soulful and unique. We retire each theme after six months, guaranteeing your canvas holds a unique place in both memory and decor, unlike any mass-produced alternative.
