It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Eternalize Your Cat's Memory with Angel Wings

Losing a beloved pet is never easy. Immortalize your feline friend's spirit with our Memorial Cat Portrait, complete with ethereal angel wings, a subtle halo, and delicate floral accents. This portrait captures your cat's grace in a serene scene, providing a loving remembrance that suits anyone cherishing a lost companion.

Available in a calming palette of blues and whites, the canvas is carefully designed to blend seamlessly with modern decor while highlighting the uniqueness of your feline. It's a touching piece whether placed atop a mantle or hung in your favorite sunlit corner.

TL;DR: Celebrate your cat's life with a personalized memorial portrait, featuring angel wings and a halo. Perfect for pet parents honoring their cherished companions.

Who finds solace in a Memorial Cat Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for those who have recently lost a cat and want to create a lasting tribute. It's especially comforting for pet parents who viewed their feline as part of the family. However, if your decor is bright and eclectic, the serene and soft palette might not fit as well.

How does your cat become an angel on canvas?

We start by analyzing your uploaded photo with our AI technology to ensure accurate face mapping. Then, our artists refine details to blend your cat's image with hand-painted angelic themes. Approximately 1 in 10 images may need a retake to capture every whisker perfectly, but this is part of our commitment to quality. Finally, your portrait is printed on museum-grade canvas.

Why is this canvas a unique tribute?

Unlike typical pet portraits, each of our memorial canvases is uniquely designed to reflect your cat's personality and their ethereal transition. We retire the angel wings design every six months, ensuring your portrait remains exclusive and meaningful.
