I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Our sleek black-and-white palette brings out the emotional resonance in the simplest form. Perfect for those who appreciate the understated yet profound beauty of family ties.

TL;DR: This personalized mother-child line drawing canvas is perfect for parents cherishing the beauty of family moments, making it an ideal gift for Mother's Day or nursery decor.

Is a Line Drawing Portrait Right for My Family?

This portrait is a wonderful choice for new parents looking to capture early bonds, mothers seeking a soft, elegant family representation, and minimalists who favor subtlety over vivid colors. It might not be the best pick for those wanting vibrant or colorful displays.

How Is the Line Drawing Canvas Crafted?

Your photo starts as a digital file. We use AI to transform it into line art, a process reviewed and refined by experienced artists. Did you know we discard about 1 in 15 creations because we won't compromise on your family's resemblance? We then print on museum-quality canvas, assuring a long-lasting piece.

Why Choose This Line Drawing Over Others?

Unlike ordinary prints, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation that speaks to the unique bond within a family. Our line art isn't a mass-produced stock photo — it's a celebration of specific family dynamics, preserved in a timeless style.
